多明尼加暴雨成災 21死逾萬人遷移

加勒比海島國多明尼加連日暴雨成災，至少造成21人死亡，其中包括3名兒童，另外還有超過1萬人被迫遷移。當地學校停課至22日，以確保學生安全。
