歐盟推動改革救經濟 聯合發債立場仍分歧
為凝聚會員國共識，齊心面對歐洲經濟落後其他強權國家的劣勢，歐盟在比利時當地時間12號舉行領袖峰會商談，會後雖承諾將迅速推動改革，振興疲軟的經濟，但對於是否發聯合發債，協助歐盟對抗來自中國與美國的雙重威脅，仍意見分歧。
