The New TutorABC Announces a Corporate Restructuring and Establishment of a New Senior Management Team and Operating Committee

The corporate restructuring includes the establishment of a new Senior Management Team, which will also be supported by the establishment of a new Operating Committee.

Jackie Huang, the current General Manager who has served the company for over 16 years, has requested to leave the company at the end of the year to pursue new career opportunities. “We are tremendously thankful for Jackie’s hard work over the past year with us and for all her enormous contributions to the company. We wish her the very best in her future career plans,” said Samuel Yang the company’s Chairman, who will also assume the role of the company’s new CEO.

The new Senior Management Team will be responsible for the company’s overall strategy, growth, and development plans for both the local and global markets. The following managers have been promoted to the new Senior Management Team:
* Tina Lin - Vice President, Finance
* Henry Wu - Vice President, Education Advisory Group (Taipei Office)
* Sesto Ou - Vice President, Education Advisory Group (Taichung Office)
* Sidney Huang - Vice President, Marketing

The new Operating Committee will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the company’s new strategic growth plans. The company is also pleased to announce the promotion of the following managers to the Operating Committee:
* Jim Zhong - Vice President, Research and Development
* Jimmy Tseng - Head of Global Infrastructure Operations
* Michael Hsieh - Head of Global Teaching Resources

* Janet Lan - Head of Customer Service
